BLACK AND WHITE TUTORIAL!
okay so this tutorial is as simple as it gets.

open up your picture, i'm just going to use this picture of ashlee.

just go to image > adjustments > hue/saturation, example and just set your adjustments to this!

and walah! your done! :D
